Better late than never. This one from our future leaders.

I’ve learned few trick and tips on setting a group shot. This one might not work very well with large group of people. Not the typical straight up passport photo I would say. It looks very easy but working with under age model really testing my maturity. haha! This picture will remain printed and tagged 30 years later by the kids in Facebook.

I took a lot of pictures during this photoshoot. Most of them double exposure for sharpness insurance. However, most of them are usable on the first exposure.  When there are lot of pictures (because the couple is wonderful) I tend to forget how I made them to show the wonderful expression. Below are those shots..

Wah..kamera baru Nikon sangat menarik! Saya ramai yang nak beli DSLR pertama akan ambil model nih

Saya rasa ciri-ciri baru yg menarik pasal kamera nih :

1. High ISO

sensitivity terhadap cahaya sampai ISO12800. Ugh! Saya bet ISO 1600 – ISO 3200 untuk kamera ni mesti cun! Tiada masalah gambar indoors macam ni.

2. 14.2 MP resolution

size does matter in DSLR.  Bersedialah dengan external hdisk yg besar ok!

3. Video 1080p

Resolution video yg besar. hehe, saya tak reti nak komen nih.

This is the time where the bride will spend most of her time with the makeup artist.  I would love to record this moment whenever I’m allowed.  However, I’m a bit nervous because this time I’m photographing a make up artist together with her friend & boss. I’m giving this scene a little bit twist as they like to work under the room light. Lighting from the window is too harsh for the bride..

Sebelum ni ada beberapa kali buat portraiture session dengan pasangan pengantin acah-acah. Untuk kali ni, adalah pertama kali commissioned untuk buat prewedding session dengan Dyan & Ideris. Sessi macam ni lebih mencabar kerana photographer terpaksa bekerja untuk posing, lighting & pemilihan lokasi. Di dalam majlis perkahwinan, peluang macam ni mungkin hanya ada beberapa minit sahaja sebab majlis terpaksa berjalan dan pengantin kena ikut aturcara yang ditetapkan.  Saya ambik assignment ni sebagai cabaran. Alhamdulillah,  diorang suka hasil gambarnya. Mereka sangat natural dan in love orang kata. Sebenarnya, itulah rahsia kejayaan photoshoot macam ni. Photographer cuma merakam perasaan mereka yang sebenar.
